Not about the band but about the state of my body. I am in searing pain today. After working and training a new barista I can barely walk, or even get out of a chair. The pain in my feet and legs is goddamned excruciating.
I want to go to the gym but all I really want to do is sleep. It’s astounding how much one nerve can wreck you so completely.
